Welsh coach and expat Kiwi Warren Gatland has had a crack at referee Craig Joubert, saying he reckon poor bugger was intimidated by the big, bad All Blacks in this weekend’s game.

Okay, if Gatland has an issue with Dan Carter’s tackle of Martin Roberts he should make it official but I don’t think you can blame an intimidated referee for the entire loss.

Playing better is always a good start.

Besides, I’m sure Joubert isn’t impressed with the implication that he’s piddling his undies in fear every time he sees an All Black running at him.
